Crash! Splat!" That's the sound of me hitting a wall and pretty much not getting back up all weekend long. After a week of moving more than I think I ever have in my life, I was expecting the scale to make me a happy camper Saturday morning. Instead, it shot straight through my heart with a one pound GAIN!

I still got ready for my first kickboxing class and pushed harder through that class than I even thought I was capable of. But then my shins reminded me how hard I'd pushed all week and the weight of my disappointment coupled with the stress of the week bowled me over and left me there all weekend.
This morning I'm fighting hard to suck it up and clean up from my two day pity party and get back on track. Thankfully, one of the first things I read this morning was a post from a good friend about breaking through plateaus. This isn't really a plateau, it's been one week since I had a good lose and this week wasn't just a stand still. But I think the frustration is still the same. I know I worked hard and the results weren't there. It makes it hard to keep plugging away.
